Shipping within Germany is free of charge if the order value is 50 euros or more. For orders under 50 euros, there is a shipping fee of 3.50 euros.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days. If you order before 3 pm, your order will be with you the next day in the vast majority of cases.

Can I change my order?

If we have already sent your order, we can no longer make any changes.

Please contact us immediately if you would like to change your order. Depending on which step of the process we are in, we may still be able to change your order.

Can I return my order?

You may return your order within 14 days as long as your order does not contain a personalized product.

Please note that the dispatch date should be no later than 14 days after your order date so that we can accept the return.

Please make sure that the name you used to place the order is on the package so that we can assign the return and send you the money back.

We are very sorry. :( It is not our intention and also not our quality standard to send broken goods.
