Shipping policy

Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only possible within Germany, to Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Customs charges apply to shipments to Switzerland, as Switzerland is not part of the EU.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

From an order value of 50 euros there are no shipping costs.

From an order value of 50.00 € we deliver free of charge.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 5 - 9 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

If paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
